They say punchers are born not made and in Errol Zimmerman’s case that is certainly true. By the age of 15 he was so big and had such a reputation for knockout power that he was forced to lie about his age and fight in the adult divisions at competitions.
It was clear early-on that he could make good money as a professional fighter. He would often skip school in order to travel to his fights and make the weigh ins. The result is that he is still relatively young but has masses of experience.
He is nicknamed ‘The Bonecrusher’ for good reason. Zimmerman is by far one of the sport’s most natural power-hitters and he can put opponents away with single blows from his hands, knees or shins. Zimmerman can end a fight at any second.
